Our array of authentic Thai dishes is crafted in collaboration by Maew, a Bangkok native and experienced home cook who has lived in Vietnam for many years, and Alessio Rasom, a professional chef with a passion for Thai cuisine. Alessio, who leads the Michelin-selected restaurant Si Dining in Danang, first discovered his love for Thai flavors under the tutelage of Chef William Ledeuil at the renowned Ze Kitchen Galerie in Paris.
